With our easy to access icon a client can create a ticket by selecting the Support Icon on their desktop, which opens a simple form in their Web Browser. The client creates the ticket filling out a description of the issue, their name and contact info, the type of issue, and the priority. The ticket also includes info such as the client’s IP address, and a range of other important information, automatically.
Within minutes of the client entering their ticket, an alert is sent out to all Titan’s Support Team Members via their cellular phone Text messaging service, in addition to all their E-mail’s, simultaneously. Clients are guaranteed a response quicker than any service they’ve ever been used to.
Thanks to the undemanding simplicity of this system, Titan is able to take on high numbers of clientele, and provide them with Tier 1 service, while maintaining low labor and overhead costs. It is an essential part of the Titan System, and key component of our success.
